Do you ship?
Under Washington States Cottage Food Law I am not permitted to ship.
Do you offer dairy/ nut/ gluten free desserts?
As a small home bakery I do not offer dairy/ nut/ gluten free treats for liability reasons.
Do you offer any other flavors/ desserts or just the ones listed?
As a cottage food business I have to have all of my labels submitted and approved before I am able to offer them. I will be working on new labels to submit periodically. What I have posted is what I am allowed to offer.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Every order is required to pay a 50% deposit. This secures your date & order. YOUR ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
How soon in advance should I place my order?
4-6 weeks in advance. I will always try to accommodate any order but I do book up quickly and priority will always go to the customer with a paid deposit. All orders accepted in less than a weeks notice of an event are subjected to a "rush fee" if accepted. Booking your events in advance allows for adequate time to buy supplies like cookie cutters, stencils, etc.
Do you deliver?
Yes, based on availability. Cost varies on location. Please message your event location for an accurate quote.
What should I expect at pick up?
R+R is a licensed HOME kitchen. All orders will be picked up from a residential location. We are not a store front. Your orders will be packaged and ready for a prompt pick up. Please arrive at your designated time. All orders need to be approved by customer upon pick up. R&R will not be liable for any damage that occurs after product has left our location. All of our product is packaged securely & we strongly advise that you plan properly before pick up. ALL orders need room to be on a flat surface (NO SEATS). Please bring a guest with you to help secure large tiered cakes.
